Summary
This is a notice from CIMA identifying specific mutual funds, mutual fund administrators, and one securities investment business (SIBL) licensee that failed to meet the Authority's requirements for properly terminating or surrendering their licences. As a result, these entities were removed from CIMA's registers effective 15 March 2018.
- Mutual funds: Removed from the register because they were struck off the Companies Register of the General Registry, or had a status of Cessation Voluntary: Foreign Company or Cessation By Registrar, after failing to satisfy termination requirements.
- Mutual fund administrators and SIBL licensee: Removed from the register because they failed to satisfy termination requirements needed to surrender their licences for cancellation, and were either struck off the Companies Register or had a status of Dissolved Voluntary.
