Summary

This is a CIMA enforcement notice listing mutual funds and private funds that failed to satisfy the Authority's termination requirements and have, as a result, been removed from CIMA's register effective 30 September 2026. Each listed entity has been struck off the General Registry or carries a status of Dissolved.

  • Mutual Funds: Numerous entities registered as Mutual Fund - Administered, Mutual Fund - Limited Investor, Mutual Fund - Master Fund, and Mutual Fund - Registered are named and removed from the register.
  • Private Funds: A number of entities registered as Private Fund are also named and removed from the register.
  • Reason for removal: All listed entities failed to meet CIMA's termination requirements and have a status of struck off or dissolved with the General Registry.

The notice is informational: it records completed regulatory actions (deregistration) rather than imposing new ongoing requirements on the named entities or on third parties. Firms should check the list to confirm whether any related fund or counterparty entity has been removed from CIMA's register.
