Summary
This is a CIMA enforcement notice listing entities that failed to meet the Authority's termination requirements. Effective 28 August 2026, these entities have been removed from CIMA's register because they were struck off the General Registry or have a status of Dissolved.
- Mutual Funds: A large number of registered, administered, limited investor and master funds are listed as removed.
- Private Funds: Numerous private funds are listed as removed from the register.
- Securities Registered Persons: A number of securities investment business registered persons are listed as removed.
