Summary
This is a public enforcement notice in which CIMA lists mutual funds and one mutual fund administrator that failed to satisfy the Authority's termination requirements and were removed from its register effective 29 April 2016. The entities were struck off the Companies Register of the General Registry, dissolved, or had a status of Cessation-Voluntary: Foreign Company.
- Mutual funds: A long list of registered mutual funds (identified by registration number and name) removed from CIMA's register for failing to meet termination requirements.
- Mutual fund administrator: Elite Fund Manager Limited (licence number 3124) had its licence removed after failing to satisfy termination requirements needed to surrender its licence for revocation.
The notice is informational and records past regulatory action already taken; it does not itself create new ongoing compliance obligations for other entities.
