Summary

• Entities named: Pitagora Fund Ltd., BDI Ltd., Olympic Wealth Fund SPC, Archon Capital Fund SPC, Archon Capital Master Fund SPC, Jincheng SPC Fund, GGC SPC (all Mutual Fund - Registered or Master Fund), Hypa Asset Management Limited (Securities - Restricted), FalconView Securities Ltd. (Securities - Full), and AIMS Limited (Company Manager).
• Effect: These entities' licences or registrations have been terminated and removed from CIMA's register because the entities were struck off the Companies Register for failing to satisfy the Authority's termination requirements.
