Summary
This is a public enforcement notice from CIMA listing entities that were struck off the Cayman Islands Companies Register and, as a result, have had their licences or registrations terminated and removed from the Authority's register effective 10 March 2021. (Securities - Full), and AIMS Limited (Company Manager).
- Effect: These entities' licences or registrations have been terminated and removed from CIMA's register because the entities were struck off the Companies Register for failing to satisfy the Authority's termination requirements.
