Summary
This is a public alert issued by CIMA warning that a fraudulent email purporting to be from the Authority was being circulated. The email, sent from the address kyconnect2@cimamoney.com with the subject 'CIMA - Due Diligence & Questionnaire Request', is not a legitimate CIMA communication. CIMA confirms this is a phishing-style attempt and that there has been no breach of its own systems.
