Filing Deadline Extended for Funds Due to System Issues (2025-07-01)

Summary

This is a short notice from the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) addressing technical problems with its REEFS Portal that affected funds trying to submit audited financial statements and the Fund Annual Return (FAR) form for the 31 December 2024 financial year-end.
