This is a public statement issued by the Jersey Financial Services Commission warning investors and the public that Gregory & Krest Investment, and a number of related trading names, are not authorised to conduct investment business or deposit-taking business in Jersey.   • Financial services business: Gregory & Krest Investment has never registered or applied for registration under the Financial Services Law; any financial service business it has carried out since 1 July 1999 breaches Article 6 of that Law
  • Deposit taking business: Gregory & Krest Investment has never registered or applied for registration under the Banking Business Law; any deposit-taking business it has carried out since 1 October 1991 breaches Article 7 of that Law
  • Public request: Anyone who has had dealings with Gregory & Krest Investment is asked to contact the Commission

The statement is purely a warning notice identifying an unauthorised provider; it does not create ongoing compliance obligations for licensed entities, but licensees and the public should treat any dealings with this entity as unauthorised activity.
