Summary

• Fraud warning: Documentation held by the JFSC indicates the Impersonating Entity, its website and email addresses display warning signs of being set up for a fraudulent purpose.

The JFSC asks anyone who has dealt with the Impersonating Entity to contact the Commission, and notes that all genuinely regulated businesses in Jersey are listed on the JFSC website.
