Summary
This is a public warning statement issued by the Jersey Financial Services Commission under Article 25(d) of the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998. - No connection to Capita Group: The entity is not connected to Capita Group Plc or its Jersey-authorised affiliates, despite the similarity in name.
- Prior statement: The Commission had previously issued a public statement about the same individuals (and others) on 14 January 2009.
The notice is purely a public warning intended to alert investors and the public; it does not impose ongoing compliance obligations on regulated entities. The Commission asks anyone who has dealt with the named company or individuals to contact it directly.
