Summary
This is an administrative form used by banks and branches in Jersey to remove (lapse) a previously nominated individual authorised to submit quarterly prudential returns to the JFSC. It requires the bank or branch to identify the individual being removed and to have the change authorised by a Nominator.
- Minimum submitters: Banks and branches must retain at least two nominated individuals recorded on the JFSC's system at all times, to allow for absences.
- Form fields: Bank or branch name, full name of the nominated individual to be lapsed, authorising person, nominator's signature, and date.
- Who can be Nominator: For a Jersey incorporated bank, the Nominator must be a Director; for a branch, it must be the Branch Manager.
