Bank Prudential Reporter Nomination Form

Summary

This is a JFSC administrative form used by Jersey banks and branches to nominate the individual employees authorised to submit quarterly prudential returns through the JFSC portal. It is not a standalone rule but a compliance tool tied to existing prudential reporting requirements.

• Minimum nominees: Banks and branches must have at least two nominated individuals recorded on the JFSC system at all times, to cover absences.
• Information required: Bank/branch name, full names, business e-mail addresses and business telephone numbers for each nominated individual, plus the nominator's name, signature and date.
• Who can nominate: For a Jersey incorporated bank the nominator must be a Director; for a branch it must be the Branch Manager. Self-nomination is permitted where required.
• Submission method: The completed form must be submitted as a PDF attachment by e-mail to RegulatoryMaintenance@jerseyfsc.org.
• Replacing a nominee: To replace a previously nominated individual, a separate form, the 'Lapse Bank Prudential Reporter' form, must be used instead.

The form itself does not set new prudential reporting obligations but operationalises the requirement to maintain valid submitters for quarterly returns; queries should be directed to the bank's Supervisor.
