Summary
This is a public consultation issued by the Government of Jersey (Office of the Chief Executive) seeking industry and public comment on secondary legislation to be made under the Financial Services (Disclosure and Provision of Information) (Jersey) Law. The proposed instruments are a draft Order and draft Regulations intended to implement updated Financial Action Task Force (FATF) international standards on anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing and proliferation financing, including matters related to beneficial ownership disclosure.

As a consultation document, it does not itself impose binding legal obligations; it invites feedback on proposed secondary legislation before it is finalised. A subsequent consultation response and policy paper was published following this process.
