Summary
This is a short fee-amendment regulation that updates the fees payable by prescribed businesses under Schedule 5 to the Criminal Justice (Proceeds of Crime) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1999. - Paragraph 2(3)(b)(ii) fee: Increased from £2,915 to £3,150.
- Revocation: The Criminal Justice (Proceeds of Crime) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 are revoked and replaced by these fee levels.
The new fees took effect on 1 January 2023 and apply to prescribed businesses required to pay fees under Schedule 5 of the 1999 Law.
