Temporary Access to VIRRGIN Lite for Economic Substance Filings (2026-07-15)

• Monitoring: The Commission will actively monitor usage and may suspend or revoke access at any time for security, compliance, or operational concerns.

Registered Agents wishing to use this temporary access window must apply before the platform's availability ends on 31 August 2026, following the specified application and email procedure.

• Registered Agents' BVI offices must retain full responsibility for oversight, management, training, troubleshooting, and data-handling controls for all approved external users.
• Registered Agents must ensure all required user declarations are completed as part of the application process.
