Temporary Access to VIRRGIN Lite for Economic Substance Filings (2026-07-15)

• Monitoring: The Commission will actively monitor use of VIRRGIN Lite and may suspend or revoke access at any time for security, compliance, or operational concerns.

Registered Agents seeking to use this temporary access route must ensure applications are complete, as missing information may delay processing, and access will only be granted once IP addresses are verified.

Key obligations

• Registered Agents' BVI offices must retain full responsibility for oversight and management of approved external users, including training, troubleshooting, internal controls, supervision and data-handling standards.
• All user declarations must be completed as part of the application process.
