Summary

This is a short Governor's Proclamation bringing the Insurance Act, 2008 (No. 1 of 2008) into force. It contains no substantive requirements itself, but marks the commencement date after which the Insurance Act, 2008 and its obligations apply to the insurance sector in the Virgin Islands.
