Summary
This is a brief clarification notice from the Bermuda Monetary Authority's Corporate Authorisations Team regarding the Personal Declaration (PD) form submitted through the INTEGRA system. It follows up on an earlier notice issued 19 February 2025 and specifies a strict cutoff for use of the updated form.
- Cutoff date: The BMA will not accept any PD forms dated 3 March 2025 or later unless they are on the updated version of the form.
- Identifying feature: The updated PD form is distinguishable by the inclusion of the BMA logo.
- Contact: Questions can be directed to integra@bma.bm or corporateauthorisations@bma.bm.
The notice is purely procedural, informing submitters that outdated PD forms dated on or after 3 March 2025 will be rejected, and directing them to use the updated version going forward.
