Notice - 2021 Annual Return Templates for Insurance Intermediaries (2021-05-21)

Summary

This is a short BMA notice announcing that the 2021 Annual Return Templates for insurance intermediaries have been posted on the Authority's website. The templates contain no substantive changes from the prior year and must be completed and submitted electronically by a set filing deadline.

• Insurance Managers: Complete the Annual Return Template and email it to InsuranceManagers@bma.bm in Microsoft Excel format on or before 30 June 2021.
• Insurance Brokers and Agents: Complete the Annual Return Template and email it to InsuranceIntermediaries@bma.bm in Microsoft Excel format on or before 30 June 2021.

Questions about the Notice, the Prudential Rules, the Annual Return Templates or the Codes of Conduct should be directed to the same two mailboxes, and the latest template versions are available on the Authority's Reporting Forms and Guidelines webpage.

Key obligations
