Summary
This is the cover sheet (Part C) for the Liquidity Return form issued by the Bermuda Monetary Authority. It is a reporting template that institutions use to identify themselves and the reporting quarter before submitting the unconsolidated liquidity data required by the Authority.
- Basis of reporting: The form must be completed quarterly on an unconsolidated basis as at the end of March, June, September and December.
- Wider coverage: The Authority may exceptionally require the form to be completed on a basis wider than the unconsolidated institution, agreed case by case depending on fund flows and intra-group monitoring arrangements.
- Definitions: Item definitions are set out separately in the Liquidity Return Guidance Notes and Definitions, not in this cover form.
The document itself contains no substantive liquidity requirements; it is purely the identifying cover page and completion notes accompanying the underlying Liquidity Return data form.
